If you’re new to tracking macros, sign up for my free tracking macros for beginners guide. I’m going to break down these macro meal prep recipes into breakfast, lunch or dinner, and snacks. There are simple (and little) tweaks to your day you can make to make this lifestyle work for you…so you can have your cake and eat it too (I had to, I’m sorry). You can either have a little protein snack (like string cheese, a hard boiled egg) or at your next meal have a large salad with an extra serving of chicken but less avocado and maybe half the typical amount of sweet potato you add (another option is to keep eating as normal and enjoy your treat that day – it’s up to you). Maybe you had a big slice of cake after lunch, which is primarily high carb and fat. In reality, any recipe can be a macro friendly recipe but it helps when it’s balanced with high protein (keeps you even throughout the day). These macro friendly recipes are high protein and will help your “fit your macros” in for the rest of your day. There are a lot of recipes below, so if you would like to skip to breakfast, lunch/dinner, or snack recipes use the table of contents above to skip to that section. An all-protein meal might have a TEF as high as 25, while the TEF of fat is typically below 5. The chia seeds have some fat but if you need more you can add some nuts (walnuts or pecans are amazing additions). To calculate your BMR, check out our BMR calculator. The oats, chia seeds, and berries are your carbohydrates and fiber.Īdding the Greek yogurt and protein powder bulk it up and add an additional 20-30 grams of protein (depending on how much you use). Add berries, 0% Greek yogurt, and half a scoop of protein powder.īy doing this you take a meal that will leave you hungry within 45 minutes (just the oats and berries) and transformed it into a filling and fueling balanced breakfast. If you’re short on time like I always am, microwave that for about 60-90 seconds. The planner will then create a diet plan for you thats built from recipes/meals that. To build a plan based on your macros, just fill in your profile to match your specific macronutrient goals and click Generate Plan. Add quick oats (or make rolled oats) in a bowl with a tsp of chia seeds, water or almond milk, and any sweetener you like (I prefer brown sugar Swerve). This planner automatically generates a customizable macro meal plan that fits your protein, carb, and fat goals in seconds.Instead of throwing some quick oats in a bowl with berries try this: A post shared by The Entrepreneurs Nutritionist Morning Oats Example Cockburn John Charles Academy is a host school for Leeds SCITT trainees. Multiple Ethernet ports: Ethernet ports on a mesh kit’s satellites let you connect devices such as TVs, streaming boxes, and gaming consoles away from the base unit, giving them the benefit of unfettered access to the internet bandwidth you’re paying for.A great mesh kit minimizes that wait even if the network is busy serving other devices. Latency-or lag-is the time spent waiting for the next thing to happen. Low latency test results: Slow internet sucks. We tested each kit to see its maximum potential when close to the base unit, as well as in trouble spots in the home, to see how well the mesh signals could be successfully routed around obstacles like appliances and walls. Good range test results: You should be able to connect to a well-placed mesh kit from anywhere in your house. In our tests, network speed-or throughput-varies from “This YouTube video will never finish loading” to “You can download a video game in an instant.” Generally, we looked for the mesh kits that performed above average, and we dismissed the slower routers. Good speed test results: Speed claims on the box don’t mean much in the real world. You should be able to get your home on the internet in less than half an hour with a mesh network.
From there you can asymmetrically layer oversized cardigans, ponchos, blouses, and sweaters or even more skirts in different lengths. But also colors like beige, white-cream, mauve, light pink and mustard fit the aesthetic really well.Ī-line dresses and skirts are usually the clothing pieces you start from. You can focus more on deep colors like khaki, burgundy, dark brown, and navy blue. One of those rules involves natural fabrics such as cotton or wool that can be crocheted or knitted. I will try incorporating as many Mori rules that I can to illustrate how you can adopt this fashion style. Again the clothes should be practical and overcomplicating things doesn’t help. With those woodsy colors and natural fabrics, the fashion style best fits the autumn and winter season when you can cuddle up perfectly in all your layers. The clothes should be rather functional than trendy with the highest level of comfiness as their priority. The fabrics are so loose that they hide the shape of the body completely which gives them their super cozy appearance. Mori fashion can be described as a loose layering of natural, girly clothes. However, the hype slowly declined since 2010 and in 2019 the Mixi group had been deleted and one of Mori’s most popular brands “Wonder Rocket” also closed down in 2017.īut don’t be discouraged, still today there are various brands and designers that offer Mori Kei clothing. This “forest style” fashion mainly consists of layering comfortable fabrics in earthy tones that radiate peace and look like you have been living in the forest your whole life. The 森 kanji translates to “forest” while ガール means “girl” which leads us to its original name Mori girl. Mori Kei is a Japanese fashion style that emerged in the early 2000s and got its name in 2006. This blog post will cover everything you need to know about Mori Kei from what it looks like, how you can incorporate it into your wardrobe, where to buy Mori Kei clothing and what similarities this trend has with cottagecore. The fashion style has spreader around the world and although it had its spike in 2009, many people still love wearing Mori Kei clothing for its unique and comfortable properties. Originating from the Harajuku district of Tokyo, Mori Kei takes inspiration from different subcultures such as Lolita. While there are many different ways to interpret mori kei's wide range of color schemes, patterns, and styles, there are basic types of pieces for the mori wardrobe.Mori Kei is a Japanese fashion style that has been gaining popularity in recent years. TL DR The most important thing to remember about mori is that the style is very customized, personal, and is centered around your preference. Here's a recent post about the difference between natural and mori. I think when I was saying otome kei, that's closest to natural kei. I won't be talking about it in this tutorial simply because all you need to do is change the colors.ĮDIT: Natural kei is actually a very close cousin or sister of mori kei and a lot of the pieces in this post are natural kei. Dark mori is mostly the same as mori, though you should swap out most neutrals colors for black, gray, and dark brown. On a side note, there is only one "official" sub-genre of mori that I know of and that's dark mori. I consider Fairy Emily to be an otome mori and she is one of my style inspirations! These other lifestyles and styles of dress can be seen mixed in with mori quite often and I'll point out tips for each of these styles. Otome kei is also very hard to describe and I think the best way is that it's more grown up, pretty, and classic kind of like a grown up version of hime kei. Cult party is a Japanese style that's very hard to describe, though it's very similar to mori, almost like mori x fairy kei x lolita. Lolita and whimsy, I think, is mostly self explanatory, but it'll become more obvious as I go on. Lolita x mori crossover, cult party x mori crossover, otome kei x mori crossover, and mori that emphasizes whimsy. These are not official sub-genres, only ones that I will use. Let's look into it!įirstly, I'll refer to four sub-genres of mori. If you want to refresh on what Mori Kei is and where to buy clothes, check out my post here. While Mori seems to be one of the most flexible styles of Japanese fashion, there is a structure to the archetype mori ensemble that will help you with creating coords. Most models for calculating the intrinsic value of a company require some form of forecasting and attempting to project a company's prospects for growth, so some amount of trying to look into the future and make predictions is required for creating relatively accurate valuation models. We incorporate analyst forecasts as a data point to help you make better long-term investment decisions, but they should be taken with a grain of salt.Īnalysts follow companies closely and so they may have some insights into the future earnings and revenues of a company. So Why Do We Use Analyst Stock Forecasts at All? While analyst research can offer useful insights into a company or an industry, take their stock forecasts and predictions as just a single data point to incorporate into a comprehensive research process. Because a company's share price often goes up if they beat their earnings guidance, companies usually offer earnings guidance that they can "beat" - in other words, their incentives are to under promise and over deliver.Īnalysts are offering stock forecasts that optimize for their own track record of making winning bets. It turns out you just need to look at incentives to understand what's going on. Why would this number consistently hover around 67%, like some rule of nature? Why is that? After all, if analysts estimates were completely unbiased, you would expect that this rate should be somewhere closer to 50%. While most individual investors no longer use individual stock brokers to buy stocks, the same banks that publish analyst research and ratings are still the same banks that provide investment services to institutional investors and retail investors alike.Ī study by S&P Global Market Intelligence found that during a typical quarterly earnings season, ⅔ of the companies on the S&P500 published earnings per share guidance that was higher than the consensus estimates among analysts. While there are regulations designed to keep the analysis and sales sides of firms separate, the natural incentive for analysts is to lean towards buy, rather than sell recommendations. Sell-side analysts have a strong bias towards giving a "buy" recommendation.Īfter all, the way stock investing worked for most of its history was that a firm's stockbrokers would sell stocks and earn a commission, while offering research from their firm's own equity analysts. Wall Street Analyst Stock Predictions Have Built-in Biases However, it's important to understand the limitations of Wall Street analyst forecasts so you can make informed decisions. We have a stock forecast section on every company that shows analyst price targets, analyst stock predictions related to revenue and earnings, and analyst stock ratings. Why You Shouldn't Trust Stock Market Predictions (And What You Can Do Instead) "He who lives by the crystal ball is destined to eat ground glass" Ray DalioĪt WallStreetZen, we incorporate analyst ratings and analyst stock forecasts into our fundamental analysis model and due diligence checks. There were many nights I fell asleep before my to-do list was finished. When we started Natural Living Family and this Bible Health ministry it wasn’t easy. “ You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what He has promised.” We know that we have a reward waiting for us and nothing can take that away from us. “ Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.” This isn’t the only verse that reminds us to keep an attitude of hope, to stay patient, and to check in with the Lord on a regular basis through prayer. “ My soul is weary with sorrow strengthen me according to Your word.” Aren’t you glad we don’t have to rely only on our own, human, fallible strength when we are following the Lord’s leading?
Studies have used four forms of cinnamon dry powder, aqueous (ie water) extraction, alcohol extraction and commercial essential oil. One study did compare the essential oils of several species and found that all of them had some antifungal properties, but some were much more effective than others. I even found one study that used a species that is not commonly used to make commercial cinnamon. Several studies do not specify the name of the species tested and in most cases only a single species was used. Unfortunately, for several reasons we can’t conclude from these studies that cinnamon, as used by gardeners, controls damping-off. At least one of the active antifungal components, cinnamaldehyde, has been well studied and there is some understanding about how it controls fungi at a chemical level. The antifungal and antimicrobial properties of cinnamon have been studied and confirmed. Which cinnamon stops damping-off? Since most reports from the general public just say cinnamon, we don’t really know which one they used. This latter one is much more expensive, and it is usually labeled correctly to justify the higher price. We do not distinguish between them, unless it is the true Ceylon cinnamon. The problem we have is that, in North America at least, almost all types are just called cinnamon. There are more fake cinnamons.Ĭinnamon is also produced from an unrelated species, Canella winterana. I’ll go with The Plant List and call it C. These last two plants are the same species and scientists have not agreed on which is the correct name. Cassia is a common name used to refer to Cinnamomum aromaticum and Cinnamonum cassia. The fake cinnamon is usually called cassia or Chinese and many sites make it sound as if cassia is a completely different type of plant. |
